Privacy Notice

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Analytics is code-driven: this site fires specific, named events (for example, viewing the quote page or clicking "Request a Quote") rather than tracking everything by default. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to support this measurement. Analytics can be disabled per-environment and is never active in local development.

When you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, this site reads standard campaign parameters from the URL, for example utm_source, utm_campaign, and Google Ads' click identifier (gclid). This tells us which marketing channel a visit came from so we can understand which channels are worth continued investment. The site is also built to recognize equivalent identifiers from other ad platforms (for example Microsoft Ads' msclkid) if we run campaigns there in the future.

To keep that attribution accurate if you browse more than one page before requesting a quote, this site stores a single small record in your browser's localStorage. It is not a cookie. For your first visit, and for your latest visit from a campaign link, the record holds the campaign parameters described above, the page you landed on, the page that referred you (without any search terms), and the time. It also holds a random ID for this browser. It does not contain your name, email, phone number, or other contact details. We send the random ID and the campaign details with our analytics events to Google Analytics, so we can tell when visits came from the same browser. The record stops being used after 90 days and is replaced on your next visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Quote and reservation requests are handled by our booking partner, Moovs. Our quote buttons lead to Moovs' own request page, which opens in a new tab. The information you enter there (name, contact details, trip details) goes directly to Moovs. It is not collected or stored by our own website code. The link to Moovs carries the utm campaign parameters and Google's ad click identifiers (such as gclid) described above, plus a marker showing the request came from this site, so we can tell which marketing channel a request came from. Moovs operates under its own privacy practices as a separate service. Every request is reviewed by a coordinator before anything is confirmed; submitting a request is never an automatic booking.

If you call or email us directly, we use the information you provide (phone number, email address, trip details) only to respond to your inquiry and, if you book, to coordinate your trip. We do not sell personal information. Tapping the phone number on this site to call us may also generate an analytics event, so we can understand which marketing channel drove the call. That event carries our own phone number, which page you were on and where on it you tapped, whether the number shown or dialed was a Google forwarding number, and the campaign details and random ID described above. It does not include your phone number, and it does not record or transcribe the call.

If you call us from one of our Google ads, or visit this site after clicking one, you may see a Google forwarding number instead of our main number. Google's ad tag on this site uses cookies to recognize a visit that came from an ad. Calls to that number ring straight through to us. Google receives the time of the call, how long it lasted, whether it was answered, and the caller's phone number, and connects the call to the ad. Google shows us these call details in our Google Ads account, and they can include the caller's phone number. We do not record calls.

We match calls to our own ad and booking records, using the caller's phone number and the time of the call, to see which marketing works.

The home page can show reviews from our Google Maps listing. Our server fetches the review text from Google. Reviewer profile photos load directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when you view them. Links to Google open in a new tab.

This site relies on a small set of third-party services to operate: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (analytics), Google Ads (advertising attribution and call reporting, described above), Google Maps (reviews from our Google listing, described above), and Moovs (quote and reservation intake). Each operates under its own privacy practices.
