Privacy Notice

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Analytics is code-driven: this site fires specific, named events (for example, viewing the quote page or clicking "Request a Quote") rather than tracking everything by default. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to support this measurement. Analytics can be disabled per-environment and is never active in local development.

When you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, this site reads standard campaign parameters from the URL — for example utm_source, utm_campaign, and Google Ads' click identifier (gclid). This tells us which marketing channel a visit came from so we can understand which channels are worth continued investment. The site is also built to recognize equivalent identifiers from other ad platforms (for example Microsoft Ads' msclkid) if we run campaigns there in the future.

To keep that attribution accurate if you browse more than one page before requesting a quote, this site stores a single small record in your browser's localStorage — not a cookie, and not shared with any other website. That record holds only the campaign parameters described above, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and a timestamp. It contains no name, email, phone number, or other personal information, and expires automatically after 90 days. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Quote and reservation requests are handled through our booking partner, Moovs, embedded on the /book page. When you submit a request there, the information you enter (name, contact details, trip details) is submitted directly to Moovs — it is not collected or stored by our own website code. Moovs operates under its own privacy practices as a separate service. Every request is reviewed by a coordinator before anything is confirmed; submitting a request is never an automatic booking.

If you call or email us directly, we use the information you provide (phone number, email address, trip details) only to respond to your inquiry and, if you book, to coordinate your trip. We do not sell personal information. Tapping the phone number on this site to call us may also generate an analytics event, so we can understand which marketing channel drove the call — it does not record or transcribe the call itself.

This site relies on a small set of third-party services to operate: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (analytics), Google Ads (advertising attribution, described above), and Moovs (quote and reservation intake). Each operates under its own privacy practices.
