CMA Week in Nashville: A Transportation Guide for Hosts and Executive Groups
The 60th Annual CMA Awards are Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026, at Bridgestone Arena. Plan the hotel, dinner, arena, and late-night moves for a group as one itinerary.
The 60th Annual CMA Awards are Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at Bridgestone Arena. For a host or an executive group, the hotel, dinner, the arena, and the late-night return belong in one sequence. Around town, CMA week events run in the days before the show, roughly November 15 to 18. Each of those dates is quoted individually.
The days before the show
Nov. 15 to 17 is the run-up. Some groups arrive by private aviation at a BNA FBO and go on to the hotel. Others are already in town and use those days for hosted dinners. Name the arrivals and the dinners that are firm. Each date is quoted on its own.
A multi-day hourly block keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with the group across those days, so the hotel, the dinner, and the next morning stay on one plan. Share which stops are set and which are still open. A coordinator reviews the request before confirmation.
Show night in brief
The 60th Annual CMA Awards are Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026, at Bridgestone Arena, live on ABC at 7:00 p.m. CT. The 60th CMA Awards transportation plan is where hotel timing, the arena arrival, and the ride home are set.
Where your group stays changes the plan
Where you stay decides whether a walk is realistic and how dinner fits before doors. The choices are downtown, the Gulch, Midtown, or Brentwood or Franklin. The coordinator times the quote from the hotel and restaurant you name.
Downtown and the Gulch sit near Broadway and 5th Avenue. A small party can walk when the hotel is nearby, the route is direct, and people are comfortable on foot. Choose a vehicle when dinner is a separate stop, the party is more than a couple of people, or the same car should wait after the show.
Midtown is a short ride to the arena. Dinner and the entrance stay on one itinerary, so the group is not switching cars between the table and the door. From Brentwood or Franklin, the drive is part of the night. Put the hotel, dinner, the arena, and the return on one itinerary. A one-way drop leaves that return unplanned until the show ends.
Hourly beats one-way on show night
A one-way transfer ends at the curb and fits a hotel-to-door move with no other stops. On show night, keep the vehicle with the itinerary through doors, the show, and the after-parties. Dinner before seating, and the rides after the broadcast, are one job.
An hourly reservation covers the hotel departure, dinner, the arrival before doors, and the return, including an after-party on the list. Name the stops that are firm and the ones still open, because the quote follows that list. The coordinator reviews any update before confirmation.
Match the vehicle to the party
A chauffeured Cadillac Escalade or comparable luxury SUV is the smaller cabin for one to a few travelers. It suits a host and a short guest list moving between the hotel, dinner, and the arena.
For up to eight passengers, the Jet-Style Sprinter is the in-house flagship. It has captain's chairs, lap tables, an onboard restroom, and in-cabin connectivity and power at every seat. The same cabin covers a longer ride from Brentwood or Franklin and the ride home after the show. Other vehicle details are confirmed with each quote.
How booking works
Service is by reservation, and each date is quoted individually. A coordinator reviews every request before confirmation. Include the hotel, any dinner stop, the party size, and whether the vehicle should stay through the show and the ride home. Start with the CMA Awards 2026 transportation plan.
